The Guide is the result of collaboration between The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Center for Elder Justice at the Hebrew Home at Riverdale (hereinafter, “The Weinberg Center for Elder Justice”) and the New York State Unified Court System’s Division of Policy and Planning.
